  • Chicken Vera Cruz - Boneless Breast of Chicken in a Light Breading, Topped with Mild Anaheim Chili, Jack Cheese, and Spanish Ranchera Sauce.
  • Carnitas - Tender Shredded Pork, Simmered with Mexican Spices and Citrus, garnished with Guacamole and Pico de Gallo.
  • Steak Moreno or Ranchera - Top Sirloin Steak Strips simmered in our Mushroom/Bell Pepper Sauce or Tomato/Onion/Anaheim Chili Sauce.
  • Mexican Plate - A Taco and Enchilada (specify one filling for entire party per item, i.e., Chicken, Ground Beef, Shredded Beef Carnitas, or Cheese)
